We launched a new website this week. (As you can see!) That’s not important. But the rationale is.
At the beginning of the year, we paused to reflect on our business. While business was thriving thanks to our amazing clients, we weren’t reaching our goal.
Our goal is simple: We are obsessed with helping more people (like you) transform and experience RealGrowth.
RealGrowth is about growing yourself, your company, your leadership and your influence.
RealGrowth is about reaching your goals.
RealGrowth is about being the person, leader and husband/wife/father/mother you want to be.
With the thousands of coaches, consultants and content creators focused on leadership and growth, we’ve concluded:
Information without transformation is useless.
RealGrowth only happens when you apply the right information at the right time in the right way.
The only way we meet our goals is to help you meet your goals. Pushing content won’t help. Teaching and sharing what others have done to apply the right content will.
Consider this email a promise to you. We promise to use our experience helping, working with and learning from over 8,000 leaders to help you achieve RealGrowth.
We’ll still work closely with a handful of 1-on-1 clients every year (that includes CEO Coaching). But be on the look out for new resources to grow from Dando.
