Every year Dando works very intimately with a small group of select companies. Due to the nature of our work, the number of companies we can work with is extremely limited. A couple of important rules we require for these companies:

  1. No jerks. We firmly believe that great leaders are first and foremost great people.
  2. You have a thriving organization. This doesn’t mean that you have the next billion dollar company, but it means you have a company that has grown or is growing into the problems success brings.
  3. Have fun. If you don’t think business is (or should be) fun – then we’ll have the fun without you.
  4. Be humble. You’re not afraid to admit what you don’t know and are open to advice.
  5. Acknowledge that it’s hard. The road to heaven goes through hell, you decide if it’s a day trip…. or a daily trip.
  6. We can fire you as easily as you can fire us.
